1. Shipping Carriers
We partner with USPS, DHL, EMS and trusted local postal services to deliver your orders safely and swiftly.
2. Order Processing
- Payment Confirmation: Orders enter our processing queue once full payment is verified.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-5:00; New York) on a business day (Mon–Fri) will begin processing the same day. Orders received after 5 PM ET will roll over to the next business day.
3. Business Days & Holidays
We process shipments Monday through Friday, Eastern Time, excluding the following U.S. public holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Presidents’ Day (3rd Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
4. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Your ETA is calculated as:

Note: These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
5. Tracking Your Order
- After payment and processing (~1–2 days), you will get an email with your tracking link.
- Allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan and display initial tracking information.
- If you don’t see updates, the carrier likely hasn’t processed the scan yet—please check again in 24 hours.
- Should your package exceed its ETA, contact our Support team for assistance.
6. Personalized & Custom Orders
Custom-designed or personalized products require extra time. Our designers will complete your request as quickly as possible—delivery estimates will be adjusted to reflect this additional design phase.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- No shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses or any international destinations.
- Returned Packages: Incorrect addresses or undeliverable parcels returned by carriers will be sent to our partners’ warehouses and disposed of.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
- We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
- Re-shipping fees apply for returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, any forwarding or redirection requests are at your own risk.
