Thank you for shopping with Drupid (operated by Jason Faust). We want the shipping experience for every order to be fast, reliable, and transparent. The policy below explains how and when your order is prepared, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/US Post Office holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted providers to reach every eligible U.S. address quickly and securely: USPS, DHL, EMS, and select local postal services.

- Handling Time begins once payment is approved and ends when the parcel is transferred to the carrier.
- Transit Time is the carrier’s journey from first scan to the delivery scan at your door.
- Total Est. Delivery = Handling + Transit. While we work closely with our logistics partners, the dates shown at checkout are estimates—unexpected carrier or weather delays may extend delivery.
4. U.S.-Only Service Area
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or any international location.
5. Personalized & Custom Items
Custom designs require additional production time. The exact design window depends on complexity; our support team will confirm any extra days needed before we start printing.
6. Order Tracking
- A shipment-confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
- Please allow 3–7 days for the first carrier scan to appear. If tracking still shows “Pending” after that, reach out and we’ll investigate.
- View status any time via the link or on our Order Tracking page.
If your package is past the estimated arrival window, email [email protected] or call +1 (978) 737-8509 so we can assist.
7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- Enter your full street address, apartment/suite number, and ZIP code at checkout.
- Drupid is not liable for delivery problems caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Parcels returned to sender are routed to our carrier’s warehouse and may be disposed of; a re-shipping fee will apply for a new shipment.
- We cannot refund or replace items lost, stolen, or damaged after you ask a carrier to forward, redirect, or leave a package unattended.
8. Holiday Schedule (No Processing or Carrier Movement)
New Year’s Day · Presidents’ Day · Memorial Day · Independence Day · Labor Day · Thanksgiving Day · Christmas Day
Orders placed during these U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the following business day.
