At Drupid (operated by Jason Faust), your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right—quickly and with zero hassle.


1. Return Window & Eligibility

Regular-price items Within 180 days of delivery New, unwashed, unworn, tags attached, with sales receipt
Sale / Clearance Final sale (no returns)

Personalized items are eligible only if they arrive damaged or defective.


2. What’s Covered & What’s Not

Covered

  • Manufacturing defects (printing errors, damaged fabric, faulty zippers, etc.)
  • Items damaged in transit
  • Wrong style, size, or color sent by us

Not Covered

  • Customer input errors (typos, incorrect images, wrong size or color chosen at checkout)
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse
  • Returns requested after 180 days

3. Return Shipping Cost

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    • Go to our Contact Us page or email [email protected] within 180 days of delivery.
    • Include:
    • Full name on the order
    • Order number
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the problem
    • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund
  2. Wait for Approval & Return Address
    Our support team will reply within one business day with next steps and the correct warehouse address.
  3. Pack & Ship
    • Place the item(s) and a print-out of your purchase-confirmation email in a secure package.
    • Ship via your local post office or courier. Send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.
  4. Confirmation & Resolution
    • When your package arrives, we’ll inspect it and email you a confirmation.
    • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
    • Replacements are put into production immediately and shipped free of charge.
