At Drupid, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we’ve designed a straightforward process to get you taken care of—fast and free for defective or damaged goods.


2. Eligibility & Time Frame

  • Non-Sale Items Only: Returns accepted on full-price products.
  • 180-Day Window: You have 180 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Support:
    • Visit our “Contact Us” page or email [email protected].
    • Reach out Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST.
  2. Provide Order Details:
    • Full name on the order
    • Order number
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Photographs showing damage or defect
    • Indicate whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return Cost: $0.00 (free for defective or damaged items)
  • After your return is approved, we’ll supply the return shipping address.

5. Preparing Your Return

  • Original Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached.
  • Include Documentation:
    • A printout of your purchase confirmation email.
    • A copy of your approved return authorization.

6. Shipping Your Return

  1. Pack your items securely with the required documentation.
  2. Ship via your local post office or courier service.
  3. Send us the tracking number so we can monitor your return.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Inspection: Once we receive your package, we’ll inspect the items.
  • Notification: You’ll get an email confirming receipt and approval status.
  • Processing:
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    • Replacements ship out as soon as your return is approved—subject to availability.

8. Exceptions & Customer Responsibility

  • We cannot accept returns for items with customer-caused damage, spelling or image errors, or custom orders that aren’t defective.
