At Drupid (Jason Faust), your satisfaction matters. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can receive refunds or make order changes.


2. Order Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Exchanges:
    • Double-check size, design, and quantity before checkout—mistakes here cannot be exchanged.
    • If you spot an error, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase (see below) and place a new one.
  • Cancellations (Free, Within 24 Hours):
    • Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
    • We’ll cancel and issue a full refund—no fees.
    • After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Return Eligibility & Timeline

  • Return Window:
    • You have 180 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
  • Qualifying Conditions:
    • Product arrived damaged, broken, or with significant defects.
    • Received the wrong item, or what you got is materially different from its description.
    • Design, size, or material does not match your original order.
  • Ineligible Items:
    • Worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags.
    • Defects not caused by us (e.g., customer damage).
    • Minor issues easily repaired (e.g., loose threads).

4. How to Submit a Refund Claim

  1. Contact Support:

      • Your name and order number
      • Photos clearly showing the issue or defect
      • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
      • Shipping label or return receipt, if available
  2. Wait for Approval:
    • We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Once approved, you’ll receive a return address and instructions.
    • Include your tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.
    • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective, in which case we cover return postage.

5. Refund Processing

  • Timing:
    • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
    • You’ll be refunded the full purchase amount, including original shipping fees for defective or incorrect items.
  • Bank Processing:
    • It may take your bank or credit card issuer 10–15 days to post the refund. If you haven’t seen it after that period, please check with your financial institution.

6. Additional Notes

  • Responsibility for Return Shipping:
    • You cover return postage for all valid returns, except when the fault lies with us.
    • We’re not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us—consider using a trackable service.
  • Final Sale Items:
    • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
