Refund Policy

Drupid (operated by Jason Faust) wants every purchase to feel risk-free. Please read the guidelines below to understand when and how you can cancel an order, request an exchange, or receive a refund.


1. Order Exchanges

  • Double-check size, color, design, and quantity before paying—these choices can’t be altered once the order enters production.
  • If you chose incorrectly, you may cancel within 24 hours (see § 2) and place a new order.

2. Order Cancellations

After 24 hours the order is usually in processing, and cancellation is no longer possible.


3. Returns & Refunds

  • Return window: 180 days from the delivery date.
  • Accepted when an item:
    • Arrives damaged or broken
    • Differs markedly in design, size, or material from what you ordered
    • Is incorrect (wrong product shipped)
    • Shows a significant deviation from the product description

Ineligible for Return / Refund

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing tags
  • Damage caused by misuse or normal wear
  • Minor thread issues that can be easily trimmed
  • Requests submitted after 180 days

4. What You’ll Need for a Refund Claim

  1. Order number & proof of purchase
  2. Clear photos or video of the defect / issue
  3. Shipping label or receipt (for returns already in transit)
  4. Screenshots of any relevant email or chat with our team

5. Return & Refund Procedure

  1. Email [email protected] with all required documents. We reply within 2–3 business days to confirm eligibility and provide the warehouse return address (do not ship before approval).
  2. Pack the item(s) in original packaging when possible and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship with tracking from any carrier and email us the tracking number. 
  4. Once received, we inspect the return and send an acknowledgment email. Approved claims move to the refund stage.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Within 2 business days after we scan in your return, we issue a full refund—including the original shipping fee—to the payment method used at checkout.
  • Banks or card issuers may take up to 10–15 days to post the credit. If nothing appears after that window, contact your bank first, then our support team.

7. Important Notes

  • The 180-day limit is strict; after it passes, the sale is final.
  • Return parcels are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
  • For issues outside these policy terms, we’ll work with you case-by-case, but approval is not guaranteed.
