At Drupid, we know that sometimes you need to adjust or cancel an order. To accommodate last-minute changes, we offer a complimentary cancellation or modification window.
1. Timeframe for Changes
- Free Changes & Cancellations: You may cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placing it—no fees attached.
- Cut-off: After 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the day you order (GMT-5:00), your 24-hour window will still run for the next 24 hours, but production begins immediately afterward.
2. How to Cancel or Modify
- Email: Send your request to [email protected]
- Online: Submit a “Change/Cancel Order” request via our Contact Us page
- Include:
- Your order number
- Exact change needed (item, size, quantity, address, etc.)
Please allow up to 2 business hours for a confirmation—if you don’t hear back, feel free to follow up during support hours.
3. What Happens After 24 Hours
- Production Lock: Orders move into production 24 hours after purchase. At that point, we are unable to make any adjustments or cancellations.
- Alternate Options: You may still return or exchange your item under our Return Policy once you receive it.
4. Address Accuracy
Before completing checkout, please verify your delivery address carefully:
- We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a parcel is returned due to an address error, you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship.
