We understand that mistakes can happen and you may need to change or cancel an order. Please review the guidelines below to ensure the fastest resolution.


1. Cancellation / Modification Window

  • Time limit: 24 hours from the moment your order is placed.
  • How to request:

After the 24-hour window, most orders have already entered production or been queued for shipment and cannot be altered or cancelled.


2. Verify Your Shipping Address

Please confirm that your delivery address is complete and accurate before checkout. Drupid cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or return-to-sender fees caused by:

  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Misspelled street names or incorrect ZIP codes
  • Forwarding requests made after dispatch

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional re-shipping charges.
