4. Investigation & Response
Upon receipt of a proper IP Infringement Notice, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim.
- If valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the party who posted the material (if applicable).
For copyright matters, we honor DMCA counter-notice procedures: if you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice as described in our DMCA Policy.
5. Repeat Infringers
Drupid reserves the right to terminate the accounts of any users or sellers who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others, at our sole discretion.
6. False Claims Warning
Submitting false or misleading infringement notices is unlawful and may expose the sender to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under applicable laws.
