How do I know if a product is in stock? | The product page shows real-time availability: ⢠In stock: youâll see an âAdd to Cartâ button. ⢠Out of stock: you can sign up for an email alert when itâs back. |
Can I check out as a guest? | Absolutely. Guest checkout requires only your shipping and payment details. Creating an account lets you track orders, store addresses, and receive member-only offers. |

Who pays for return shipping? | Return cost: $0.00. Drupid covers shipping for approved returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items) and first-time size/color exchanges within the 180-day period. |
Can I exchange an item? | Yesâsize or color exchanges are free (one per order). Contact support with your order number and the desired variant, and weâll arrange a replacement once the original is in transit. |
