Q: How can I locate a product on Drupid?
A: Try the search bar at the top of any page, or explore categories via the main menu.

Q: Is there a wishlist feature?
A: Yes! Click “Add to Wishlist” on a product page. View saved items under My Account › Wishlist.

Q: How do I know if an item is available?

  • In Stock: You’ll see an “Add to Cart” button.
  • Out of Stock: You can request an email notification when it’s back.

Q: Do I need an account to check out?
A: No—guest checkout only requires shipping and payment details. But signing up lets you track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.


Payment Security

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and major debit cards.

Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards to keep your data secure.

Q: Can I apply a coupon or gift card?
A: Yes—enter your code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field at checkout and click Apply.

Q: What if my payment is declined?
A: You’ll receive an on-screen error and an email alert. Check your card details or try another method. If you’re still stuck, contact support.


Shipping Details

Q: Which carriers do you use and how long will delivery take?
A: We ship via USPS, DHL, EMS, and trusted local services.

  • Standard: 1–7 business days processing + 14–21 business days transit ($4.99)
  • Expedited: 1–7 business days processing + 10–15 business days transit ($14.99)

Q: When will you process my order?
A: Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET (GMT-5:00; New York) are processed the same day; later orders go out the next business day.

Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: After processing (1–2 business days), you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Q: Do you ship everywhere in the U.S.?
A: We ship to all continental states except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not deliver to APO/FPO or international addresses.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return window?
A: You have 180 days from delivery to return most non-sale items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  1. Contact us via Contact Us or email [email protected].
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid label and instructions.
  3. Pack your item with the invoice, ship it back, and share the tracking number.

Q: Who covers return shipping?
A: Return cost: $0.00. We pay return postage for defective, damaged, or incorrect items—and for one size/color exchange per order.


Cancellations & Refunds

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Yes—free cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter production and cannot be altered.

Q: How are refunds handled?

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (including original shipping) are processed within 2 business days.
  • It may take your bank 10–15 days to post the credit.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong address?
A: Please double-check your shipping details—Drupid isn’t responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. You’ll be responsible for any reshipping fees if an order is returned.
